The Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 is a premium-grade CPU cooler tailored specifically for AMD’s professional and high-end desktop platforms, including sTRX4, sWRX8, TR4, and SP3. It is purpose-built to provide quiet and reliable cooling for AMD Ryzen Thread ripper and EPYC processors, making it the go-to solution for content creators, engineers, and professionals running intensive workloads.

Unlike standard coolers, the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 features a customized, oversized base plate that covers the entire IHS of AMD’s large socket CPUs, ensuring optimal heat transfer. It is not compatible with any other sockets, including AM5 or LGA sockets, and does not support Noctua’s standard mounting kits.

The cooler is equipped with the Noctua NF-A15 PWM premium fan, which delivers excellent airflow up to 140.2 m³/h, while maintaining low noise levels of just 24.6 dB(A) — or 19.2 dB(A) with the included Low-Noise Adapter (L.N.A.). Built with SSO2 bearings and rated for MTTF >150,000 hours, this fan is as durable as it is quiet.
